If you are an existing tenant and have a maintenance issue concerning the property, please fill out the Maintenance Request Form. This is much more effective than calling. Refer to your lease before filling this form out to confirm that it is the Landlords responsibility. Once you fill out the form, you will be contacted and the proper repair contractor notified.
